The App does NOT collect, store, or share:

• device identifiers
• analytics or usage data

• photos, media, or files

We do not use third‑party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

4. Third‑Party Services

The App retrieves surf and weather data from trusted external APIs:

• open-meteo.com
• sunrise-sunset.org

These services receive only the geographic coordinates needed to generate forecasts. No personal data is shared with them.

5. Data Storage

The App does not store any personal data on servers. All data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not target children and does not collect any personal data from users of any age.

7. Your Rights

Since the App does not store personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. You may revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
